Enjoy live Cajun music by Amanda Shaw, check out the vendor displays, play a round of frisbee golf or volleyball, hang out by the beach, and stick around for door prize drawings.

Jambalaya Cookoff!

Registering a Jambalaya Cook-Off team is open to registered exhibitor and sponsors. Competition rules will be published soon and distributed to all participants.  To regsiter a cooking team, please indicate that you wish to be in the cookoff when you select and pay for a sponsorship or exhibit space. Deadline to sign up: September 30, 2026. Download the cookoff rules.

Secure a 10x10 exhibitor tent space and be part of the outdoor expo and qualify to have your own Jamabalaya Cookoff team. Note: Please bring your own tent, table and chairs. Only 5 more spaces available!

Vehicle Display: Brining a vehicle to display is complimentary. There is no charge to bring an alternative fuel or clean vehicle — we recognize the cost of transporting assets and are grateful for every vehicle that joins the display. If you plan to bring a tent for your vehicle display - please register as an exhibitor.
