Join Louisiana Clean Fuels for the inaugural Fall Fuels Fest — a fun, outdoor, clean transportation networking event set on the shores of Caney Creek Reservoir at the beautiful Jimmie Davis State Park in Chatham, Louisiana! This one-of-a-kind event brings together fleet managers, business owners, municipal leaders, fuel providers, vehicle manufacturers, and clean energy advocates from across Louisiana for a day of networking, live entertainment, great food, and friendly competition. Admission is $5 per person — children 12 and under are free when accompanied by a paid adult.
Explore an outdoor alternative fuel vehicle display and exhibitor expo, taste your way through a Jambalaya Cook-Off judged by Cajun fiddler and Louisiana legend Amanda Shaw, and cast your vote for the best bowl in North Louisiana! Every registered attendee receives a sampling ballot — earn bonus door prize drawing tickets each time you taste at a participating vendor's tent and when you cast your final vote. Enjoy live Cajun music by Amanda Shaw and her guitarist, check out the vendor displays, play a round of frisbee golf or volleyball, hang out by the beach, and stick around for door prize drawings.
Draft Agenda
- 9:00 AM: Vendor, exhibitor & cook-off team setup
- 11:00 AM: Gates open — registration, wristbands & ballots distributed
- 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Explore vehicle displays & exhibitor tents, sample jambalaya from competing teams, frisbee golf & volleyball
- 11:30 AM: Formal program — welcome & opening remarks + sponsor recognition
- 12:30 PM: Live music by Amanda Shaw & guitarist
- 12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Cast your final jambalaya vote & redeem your ballot for a full bowl
- 1:45 PM: Jambalaya Cook-Off winner announced by Amanda Shaw & door prize drawings
- 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Continued networking, live music & activities
- 3:00 PM: Event concludes
Jambalaya Cookoff!
Registering a Jambalaya Cook-Off team is open to registered exhibitor and sponsors. Competition rules will be published soon and distributed to all participants. To regsiter a cooking team, please indicate that you wish to be in the cookoff when you select and pay for a sponsorship or exhibit space. Deadline to sign up: September 30, 2026.

Extend Your Trip — Stay the Night!
Jimmie Davis State Park offers cabin and lodge rentals on the shores of Caney Creek Reservoir — recently renovated in 2021. Registered attendees will receive an email with cabin pricing and reservation details so they can plan ahead. We encourage everyone traveling from Monroe, West Monroe, and surrounding areas to bring their families and make a weekend of it.
Cabins sleep up to 8 people with a full kitchen, living room, and screened porch. Lodges sleep up to 14. No formal programming is scheduled after 3:00 PM — just beautiful North Louisiana scenery, fishing, and relaxation.
