Louisiana Clean Fuels gathers data from stakeholders each year to compile a coalition report. This report showcases the impactful efforts within the LCF territory, serving as a tool to promote our coalition and region. It also creates avenues for securing funding for sustainable transportation projects. Additionally, our data drives the selection of awardees at our Annual Clean Fuel Leader Awards which will be held at the Clean Fuels Summit in October 2025.

Who Should Participate in this Report?
At any time in 2024 - we are interested in knowing if Your Louisiana based Business...
- Purchased or operated vehicles fueled by Propane, CNG, LNG, Electricity, Hydrogen, or any hybrid vehicles.
- Utilized Biodiesel, Renewable Diesel, RNG, or other renewable alternative fuels.
- Initiated or continued an idle reduction program.
- Implemented aerodynamics or added other fuel saving technologies on your vehicles.
- Optimized routes to conserve fuel or hosted driver training to optimize vehicle performance
- Upgraded older vehicles to smaller or more fuel-efficient models.
- For fuel providers/station owners: Constructed or managed Electric Vehicle charging or alternative fuel stations (CNG, Propane, bio-diesel, or LNG).
- For dealerships: Sold Plug-in Electric vehicles (Hybrid or BEV), Natural Gas, or Propane vehicles within LCF territory during 2024.

Annual reports are due by April 1, 2025. This is your chance to showcase your fleet's efforts in promoting sustainability and efficiency.
Here are four convenient ways you can participate:
1. Survey:
- Take part in our survey, where we ask targeted questions to gather information about your alternative fuel usage in 2023. We're interested in learning about the types and quantities of alternative fuels you've utilized, the number and kinds of alternative fuel vehicles in your fleet, and any eco-friendly initiatives or emissions-reducing projects you've been involved with.
2. Email or Phone:
- If your fleet is relatively small or there haven’t been significant changes since 2023, you can verify your information via email or phone. Our team can use last year's data as a reference point to update your records. Schedule a convenient time to discuss this process with Ann or Tyler, who can assist you.
3. Spreadsheet:

Do you prefer working with spreadsheets? You can input your 2024 data directly into our annual report spreadsheet. This method provides a structured format for organizing and submitting your information. Contact Tyler; he’ll provide you with the latest Annual Report spreadsheet entry form version.
4. Green Fleets Participation:

Consider participating in the Louisiana Green Fleets Certification Program by submitting Green Fleets data instead of the standard Annual Report data. While this option requires providing additional details about your fleet's operations, it also opens the opportunity for Green Fleets Certification. This certification acknowledges your commitment to sustainability and offers various benefits for your fleet. You can find more information about the program through the provided link.
Remember, the deadline to submit your data is April 1, 2025. Your participation contributes to the collective effort toward sustainable transportation and positions your fleet for potential recognition and certification.
